In 2019 the majority of the lead roof was stolen from our church roof and a concerted village effort raised funds to have a permanent, non-lead, replacement fitted. Further funds are still required to make repairs to the interior of the church and install a new heating system - you can donate to the Crowdfunder site 'Raising the Roof - St Helen's Church, Plungar - here
